Q&A-
You do not need a mental health diagnosis to begin therapy!
We may explore various diagnoses throughout your treatment, but this is not the path for everyone. Each person’s therapy journey is unique.
Insurance companies require a diagnosis to cover treatment costs, so we will explore this if you are using your insurance benefits.

The length of time varies greatly between clients and the issues they are working through, including how long someone would like to spend in therapy. My goal is to get you to a place where you are stable, empowered, and consistently applying tools to maintain your mental health. The minimum number of sessions I typically see clients for if they are stable and dealing with a specific issue is 15.
