You do not need a mental health diagnosis to begin therapy!
We may explore various diagnoses throughout your treatment, but this is not the path for everyone. Each person’s therapy journey is unique.
Insurance companies require a diagnosis to cover treatment costs, so we will explore this if you are using your insurance benefits.

We are person-centered therapists who prioritize understanding you and your values. We utilize many techniques and modalities including Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Focused CBT, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and more.
