How much do sessions cost?

My private pay rate is $150 per 50-minute session. If you plan to use insurance, your session cost will depend on your insurance plan.

How long will I be in therapy?

The length of therapy depends on many factors and varies from client to client: your treatment goals, the severity of your symptoms and problems, and your regular attendance. My treatment approach is not confined to a time limit, and clients often prefer to engage in therapy on an ongoing basis.

How often should I come to therapy?

Clients benefit the most from weekly or bi-weekly sessions.

Are there any issues that you do not treat?

I am not able to support clients struggling with addiction, personality disorders, or couples seeking couples therapy.
