Therapy for Moms
Can I bring my baby or toddler to my sessions?
Yes! We welcome children in both in-person and virtual sessions, as long as that’s what works for you. Feeding, changing, and soothing baby are often part of these sessions. If you find it hard to concentrate and/or baby’s development grows bigger than our capacity (i.e., when they get too talkative and/or active), we recommend having a different caregiver tend to your child so you can have your therapy time. We can also schedule your sessions based on nap time!
What is perinatal therapy?
