What can Tresa Help You with?

“I work primarily with women navigating life transitions, changes in their bodies or hormones, reproductive and perinatal experiences, and the ongoing pressure of balancing relationships, responsibilities, and personal needs. I offer support for pregnancy, postpartum life, fertility challenges, and shifts in identity and relationships, creating space to process these experiences and reconnect with yourself.”

  • The many roles of women and navigating changing identities

  • Motherhood and the transition into motherhood

  • Anxiety, depression, and emotional well-being

  • Life transitions and major life changes

  • Relationships, communication and boundaries

  • Self-esteem, identity, and self-discovery

  • People-pleasing and perfectionism

Together, we can explore what you’re experiencing, better understand what you need, and find ways to feel more grounded and connected to yourself. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered as you move through whatever season of life you’re in.
— Tresa Buquicchio

What is Tresa’s Therapy Approach?

Tresa describes her approach as compassionate, curious, holistic, and empowering. “I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where women feel heard, supported, and encouraged to reconnect with themselves and their own strengths.”

Tresa believes women “deserve to feel supported as a whole person, not just through one aspect of their health or life.” She feels women’s health is profoundly connected to physical health, relationships, life experiences and the many roles women occupy.

Tresa wants to help women feel more connected to themselves and empowered so they can understand and care for their bodies, minds and spirits.

Tresa specializes in these therapeutic treatment modalities:
